House rules and the Players Club

Bring government photo ID, and leave the backpack, the duffle bag, the cigars and any outside alcohol at home. One Players Club card earns 1 point per $1 played on slots, at Casino Moose Jaw and at Casino Regina.

At the door

  • You must be 19 to enter, the legal gambling age in Saskatchewan, and ID is compulsory. Staff may ask for government ID at any time, so keep it on you.
  • Backpacks and duffle bags are not allowed. Leave them behind before you head down to Fairford Street.
  • Smoking and e-cigarettes are not allowed on the gaming floor, though there are designated outdoor smoking areas. Pipes, cigars, chewing tobacco and cannabis are banned everywhere on the premises.
  • Drinks bought on site are finished on site. Outside alcohol is not allowed.
  • Guests must be appropriately dressed. Clothing that shows violence or is linked to a violent or criminal group is not allowed.

Phones, photos and chips

Photos are allowed inside, with three exceptions: the Cashier's Desks, the surveillance cameras and the live table games. Taking a picture or a video of another person needs that person's consent. During play, phones and other devices stay away from the table: step back to take a call.

Value chips can be bought at any table and are cashed at the Cashier's Desks. Roulette colour chips are different: they work only at the table where you bought them, so exchange them for value chips before you leave. Approved service animals and guide dogs are allowed, but other animals are not.

How the Players Club works

Membership in the Players Club is free, and the same card works at Casino Moose Jaw and Casino Regina. To get one, go to Guest Services in Casino Moose Jaw with photo ID. On slots, members earn 1 point per $1 played.

Points convert at set levels. 1,000 points can become $5 of slot play or a $5 dining or entertainment voucher. At 1,400 points, the option is $5 cash back. Parking at the casino carries a fee that is not published. Members who earn 10 points on the day they park, though, park for free.
